Socorro has ten motels, 28 restaurants, two bed-and-breakfast inns, campgrounds and other services. A camping area near the Etscorn Observatory will be available for registered participants. This is on a first-come, first-served basis and this campground has no hookups. Please make your own reservations. From California Street, turn West onto Manzanares Street. Continue driving west until you've passed the Plaza and the Post Office; you now are on Fisher Street. A sign -- Socorro Heritage and Visitor Center -- is posted on the building, which is to your right.
